What’s on the sheet
The columns a bill tracker needs, and no more.
- Paid. A tick box for each bill. On screen you tick it and it’s remembered in this browser; on paper you tick it with a pen.
- Bill, due date and amount. One row for every time a bill falls due in the month, so a weekly bill has a row for each week.
- Paid on. A blank line in the printed sheet for the date you actually paid.
- Paid from the paycheck of. Only if you add your pay. It shows which paycheck each bill comes out of.
- Total due. The sum for the month.

Is there a free bill tracker template?
This is one, and you don’t need to give an email address. Type your bills and the sheet fills in for any month, so it’s a template that has already been filled in for you.
How do I use it in Excel or Google Sheets?
Choose “Save as CSV”. The file opens in Excel, and in Google Sheets through File, Import. It has one row per bill due in the month, with the due date, amount and whether you ticked it paid.
How do I print it or save it as a PDF?
Choose “Print this sheet”. The printed page has the sheet and leaves out the rest. In the print dialog, pick a printer, or pick “Save as PDF” as the destination.
Does it remember my bills?
In this browser on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere, and clearing your site data removes them. The other planner pages on this site use the same saved bills.
Can it show more than one month?
Use the arrows to move between months. Each month gets its own sheet, and the bills repeat on their own.
