A calendar can’t nudge you. The app can.

BillsClear sends a reminder at 6 pm the day before a bill is due and skips it once you’ve marked the bill paid. Free for one pay schedule and 5 bills. No bank link, no account, no ads.

Your pay

Paydays are marked on the calendar from this. Leave the amount empty if you only want them marked.

Your bills

Repeat monthly, weekly, every two weeks, yearly or once. A monthly bill uses only the day of the month.

Using a bill calendar so it helps

Four steps, and the last one is the one people skip.

  • List every bill with its due date. Rent, phone, insurance, subscriptions. Yearly bills go in too, so they don’t arrive as a surprise.
  • Mark your paydays. Put in your next payday and how often you’re paid, and the calendar marks every payday for you.
  • Look for a payday with too many bills in front of it. A crowded stretch between two paydays is where money runs short. The paycheck planner shows the total for each stretch.
  • Ask to move a due date. Many billers will move a due date to just after payday if you ask. Change it here to see the effect first.

Questions

Anything else? Email support@billsclear.com.

Can I print the calendar?

Yes. Use “Print this month”. The printed page has the calendar and the month in order, and leaves out the rest of the page. Choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog if you want a file instead.

What’s the best way to keep track of monthly bills?

Put every bill and payday in one place, look at the paychecks that have too much due before them, and move what you can. A calendar shows when things fall due. A tracker shows what’s paid. The printable bill tracker is the second half.

Does this calendar remind me?

No, a web page can’t. The BillsClear app can: a reminder at 6 pm the day before each bill is due, skipped once it’s paid, and a summary on payday morning.

Why are paydays on a bill calendar?

Because a bill is only a problem relative to the paycheck that has to pay it. Two bills on the same day are easy after payday and hard the day before.

Does it save my bills?

In this browser on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere. The other planner pages on this site use the same saved bills, so you only enter them once.
